Head Dental Assistant

Head Dental Assistant responsible for supporting the dentist, supervising the clinical team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversees clinical inventory, trains new team members, and serves as OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer to ensure safety and compliance. Key duties include supervising workflow, placing and monitoring inventory, budgeting compliance, processing invoices, coordinating with dental labs, coaching staff, enforcing OSHA policies, promoting excellent patient experiences to boost 5-Star Google Reviews, and performing chairside dental assistant duties while handling additional responsibilities as assigned. Strong leadership and communication, planning and organizational skills, staff support capabilities, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy are essential.
