Lead the national Customer Service team, ensuring technical support for mining clients regarding physical sample preparation and geochemical analyses. Manage all national client accounts by planning meetings, negotiating contracts, updating commercial proposals, and controlling the internal client database. Coordinate with internal and global teams to review service aspects, resolve non-conformities, and manage sample forecasting reports. Handle invoicing and collect payments in coordination with the Treasury department. Requires a degree in Chemistry, Geology, or Chemical Engineering, with five years of management experience in commercial or technical sales roles. Fluency in English is indispensable. Full-time position with national travel availability.
