Job Summary
Lead the national Customer Service team, ensuring technical support for mining clients regarding physical sample preparation and geochemical analyses. Manage all national client accounts in strict compliance with ALS policies, including planning meetings, negotiating contracts, and overseeing billing and sample forecasting. Coordinate with internal and global teams to resolve non-conformities, update commercial proposals, and maintain the internal client database. Collect payments as needed with Treasury and interface with Business Development. Requires a degree in Chemistry, Geology, or Chemical Engineering, minimum five years in commercial management, advanced English proficiency, and availability for domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Graduação em Química, Geologia, Engenharia Química, Industrial ou similares
- Experiência prévia trabalhando em áreas comerciais (Venda ou pós-venda técnica)
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em posições de gestão
- Domínio do idioma Inglês em nível avançado
- Capacidade de coordenação e gestão
