Head, Data Security

Head, Data Security responsible for driving and supporting the bank's information security initiatives through data protection and threat prevention controls. Manages and enhances security platforms for DLP, Email Security, Web Security, and SSE while collaborating with risk, legal, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure regulatory alignment; requires deep experience in data-security engineering or security operations, plus proven leadership in complex control environments and strong stakeholder engagement. Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM) are advantageous. Responsibilities include administering security controls across endpoints, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools, investigating alerts, supporting incident response, and improving overall security posture across a regulated financial services environment.
