Job Summary
Lead the group's Cyber-Security Roadmap by setting goals, deriving measures, and ensuring operational execution across short, medium, and long terms. Build and maintain strategic technology partnerships, particularly the Microsoft Alliance, with a personal negotiation mandate at the partner level. Lead a multidisciplinary specialist team of SOC analysts, Security Engineers, and Consultants across multiple sites, ensuring service quality throughout the entire lifecycle from concept to operation. Provide hands-on technical support for complex customer projects and personally intervene in escalable security incidents. Contribute technical expertise to presales conversations and solution designs while bearing full responsibility for the business line's results, including revenue, EBITDA, budget planning, and margin optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige, nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Managed Security Services, insbesondere im SOC-Betrieb
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit P&L-Affinität
- Tiefe Kenntnisse im Microsoft Security Stack: MS Sentinel, MS Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud) und MS Purview
- Fundiertes Wissen in Sicherheitsarchitekturen für hybride und Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, M365)
- Hands-on-Fähigkeit in anspruchsvollen Projekten und Eskalationssituationen
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz für gemischte Teams aus Senior- und Juniorfachkräften sowie Change-Management-Erfahrung bei der Positionierung neuer Business Units
- Starke Vernetzungsfähigkeit intern und extern
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf C-Level mit Partnern, Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse weiterer Security-Plattformen (z.B. Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet)
- Kenntnisse in Incident Response, Penetration Testing oder Compliance-Frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks)
