Job Summary
Head Customer Service Specialist responsible for the efficient management of the Customer Service Specialist line, ensuring adherence to bank policies, vault cash controls, and staff training. Leads staffing, scheduling, training, and professional development; provides sales coaching and maintains product knowledge. Oversees branch operations, customer service quality, regulatory compliance (including Bank Secrecy Act), security procedures, and back-up coverage. Develops relationships with customers and staff, drives branch goals for loan, deposit, and services growth through referrals, and ensures timely follow-up and performance evaluations. Requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple areas including cash handling, risk, and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of service in the business world in a leadership position
- 1-2 years of teller experience
