Job Summary
Head Custodian responsible for custodial care of an assigned school building and grounds, leading the custodial staff, opening/closing duties, cleaning and upkeep, minor repairs, safety compliance (doors, panic devices, MSDS, asbestos awareness), reporting repairs and supplies, and coordinating with the Director of Housekeeping and maintenance staff. Requires ongoing general maintenance, adherence to district policies, and 52-week employment with compensation per the district’s support staff schedule.
Required Qualifications

- strong custodial/maintenance experience preferred
