Prepare all meals for students and staff at Glen Carbon, Edwardsville, and Metro East Elementary campuses according to menus, recipes, and specific diet guidelines. Maintain kitchen equipment, manage inventory rotation, and shop for groceries twice monthly. Transport prepared food to the elementary campus safely and ensure all menu items are labeled with necessary substitutions and nourishment. Complete shift break logs, maintain accurate records, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires lifting 50 pounds, wearing safety belts, and adhering to strict sanitation and attire standards.
