Job Summary
Head Cook at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen: lead kitchen operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, support recruitment, training, and development of kitchen crew, assist Restaurant Manager with P&L including COGS, Labor, and Operating Expenses, and ensure food safety and WH&S policies are followed. Requires experience in a busy hospitality kitchen, team leadership, and a Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent; strong communication skills and a solid understanding of food safety.
