Head Concierge for The Cape Town EDITION Hotel (Pre-opening) responsible for responding to guest requests for arrangements and services (transportation, reservations, etc.), providing directions and information on property amenities, coordinating with other departments to resolve requests, monitoring the club lounge for seating, safety, and guest well-being, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies, maintaining logbooks and shift communications, and serving as a departmental role model to support team goals and guest satisfaction. Focus on delivering personalized guest experiences, professional communication, and upholding safety and service standards in a high-touch hotel environment during pre-opening operations.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
