Job Summary
Head Concierge leads the Concierge team to deliver exceptional guest service, fostering connections and a positive, can-do atmosphere. Responsibilities include onboarding new team members, collaboratively crafting unforgettable service experiences, addressing guest concerns with quick thinking, and assisting guests with transport, luggage delivery, storage, parking and valet services. Requires experience as a Concierge, ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
