Job Summary
Lead the Concierge team to deliver exceptional guest service and elevate guest experiences. Responsible for onboarding new team members, maintaining a positive can-do atmosphere, collaboratively crafting memorable service experiences, and addressing guest challenges. Manage a flexible rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and assist guests with transport, luggage, storage, parking, and valet services. Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure and think quickly to resolve guest concerns.
