Job Summary
Head of Commercial & Account Management for TSEL, based in Jakarta. Drive growth through digital acquisition, lifecycle management, and strategic digital partnerships. Leverage extensive telecom experience and a proven track record in customer acquisition and revenue growth, with deep understanding of emerging markets, prepaid/postpaid dynamics, B2C/B2B marketing strategy, and collaboration with R&D/engineering to enhance features. Strong emphasis on building partnerships, data-driven CVM metrics, and exceptional relationship management in a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-12 years in telecom with focus on customer acquisition and digital partnerships
- Proven track record leading regional sales or revenue growth teams
- Experience building and managing marketing strategy for B2C and B2B
- Understanding of emerging markets and prepaid-heavy market dynamics
- Knowledge of postpaid and prepaid solutions & customer-facing features
- Experience interfacing with R&D and engineering for feature feedback and development
- Skills in digital acquisition and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve CVM metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage partnerships
