Job Summary
Ensure guests' needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Collaborate with managers, bar tenders, and team members to ensure efficient service. Demonstrate passion for cocktails and drinks by understanding ingredients, preparation methods, and answering customer queries. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area while proactively clearing and servicing tables. Handle payments and operate the POS system. This role requires previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ideally within a high-end establishment. You must be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts. Strong wine knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a positive, collaborative attitude are essential.
