Job Summary
Lead the development and operation of Baker College's newly established Women's Soccer program, overseeing all aspects including training, competition strategy, recruiting, and budget management. Supervise coaching staff, coordinate team logistics, and ensure full compliance with NAIA and WHAC regulations while recruiting and evaluating prospective student-athletes. Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and inclusion that supports the academic, athletic, and personal success of student-athletes. Maintain current First Aid/CPR/AED certification and hold a valid driver's license. Join a team building a premier intercollegiate soccer program within Baker College's student-first philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, Education, or a related field
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 3–5 years of collegiate coaching experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Familiarity with NAIA or NCAA recruitment and eligibility standards
- Proven record of effective coaching, student-athlete development, and budget management
