Head Coach Women's Flag Football

Plan, develop, and administer all aspects of the Women's Flag Football program, including apparel, scheduling, travel, and facility preparation for practices and games. Select, supervise, and mentor assistant coaches while recruiting and retaining specific enrollment numbers yearly. Formulate team policies, prepare a budget for review, purchase equipment, and document all scores to appropriate outlets. Provide written season evaluations and ensure students meet eligibility qualifications for NAIA, WHAC, and Indiana Tech. Work during traditional and non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, with physical demands and travel required.
