Job Summary
Lead the development and launch of the women’s flag football program at Franklin Pierce University; plan and direct practices, training, and game preparation; recruit, evaluate, and retain student-athletes; oversee budget, scheduling, travel, equipment, and facility setup; ensure NCAA/conference/university compliance; build the inaugural roster; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture; support student-athlete academic and personal development; manage program operations and long-term sustainability; participate in institutional events; begin recruitment for Fall 2027 launch; relocation available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (master’s preferred)
- Coaching and recruiting experience, ideally at the collegiate level
- Experience building, launching, or growing a program
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to academic excellence and the holistic development of student-athletes
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee all aspects of program operations
