Job Summary
Head Coach of Women’s and Men’s Tennis programs at Randolph College. Responsible for coaching and scheduling practices, recruiting student-athletes for NCAA Division III programs, supervising part-time and volunteer coaches, managing the program budget, ensuring NCAA/ODAC compliance, and coordinating interviews and recruitment events on campus and at high schools. Develop and implement recruiting plans, oversee conditioning and injury prevention, set competition goals, and engage in alumni relations and fundraising to support a competitive Division III athletics program. Also contribute to student mentoring, career services collaboration, and community involvement. Must be able to supervise staff, work with faculty and college offices, and travel to athletics events and meetings. Essential leadership responsibilities include program operations, recruiting strategy, compliance, and developing student-athlete success across academic and athletic dimensions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- experience in coaching or athletics administration
- ability to recruit student-athletes in a collegiate setting
- ability to work with diverse populations
- valid driver’s license (preferred)
