Job Summary
Head Coach for Varsity Girls Basketball responsible for planning and conducting practices, teaching sport-specific skills and game strategies, promoting teamwork, discipline, leadership, academic success, and student-athlete growth. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and program needs, maintaining safety procedures, communicating with student-athletes, parents, staff, and administration, and supporting recruitment and participation efforts. Preferred CPR/First Aid certification and adherence to school, league, CIF, and state regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills and will involve attending games, tournaments, trainings, and school events during the 2026–2027 school year.
