Job Summary
Head Track Coach is responsible for coaching student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition; develops regular practice schedules and coordinates with the School Athletics Director for facilities and travel; ensures UHSAA training/compliance for coaches and volunteers; coaches and instructs players on rules, equipment, and techniques; monitors academic eligibility; communicates with parents; promotes the sport and represents the team to media and booster clubs; maintains equipment, records, and spends plans; requires basic computer skills (Google Docs) and willingness to learn school systems; location is Cedar High School with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications

- knowledge of athletic regulations and eligibility

- ability to supervise athletes and assistants
