Head Coach - Track an Field

Head Coach for Track and Field at Pleasant Grove High School. Will teach a class. Responsibilities include coordinating team selection/tryouts, planning and running safe and effective practices, preparing the competition team for local and national events, coordinating communication with athletes, staff, parents, and administration, maintaining a positive image for the school and team, engaging in school and community events, supporting athletes academically, developing sport-specific skills, providing individual instruction, adhering to NFHS safety guidelines, managing resources and budgeting per PACE guidelines, organizing fundraising opportunities, coordinating trips, maintaining equipment and uniforms, and participating in hiring and instructing assistant coaches.
