Job Summary
Head Coach leads the store's operations, people development, and guest experiences while driving profitability through data-informed decision making. You will balance people, operations, and business performance, foster an inclusive culture, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and execute career-path duties across roles from Shift Leader to Team Member. The role emphasizes high-volume restaurant experience, hands-on team leadership, financial acumen (budgets, labor, and inventory), and a tech-enabled approach to operations. You will hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams, optimize processes, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences and healthier communities through real food.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in food service with at least 2 years in hands-on management
- Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
- Skilled in planning, managing, and forecasting financials, labor, and inventory
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze reports and drive improvements
- Commitment to operational excellence, hospitality, and team engagement
- Experience in fast-casual or retail operations is a plus
- ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
