Job Summary
The Head Coach for Premier Club Sports is responsible for leading the Women’s Ice Hockey, Women’s Flag Football, and Women’s Soccer teams, providing mentorship, and managing day-to-day operations while enhancing the student-athletes' experience. Key responsibilities include developing practice plans, player skill improvement, recruiting talents, managing game-day operations, fostering athlete safety, and overseeing logistical operations in compliance with league and university standards. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills and involves working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to work effectively with students, parents, and campus partners
- Experience with fundraising and program advancement efforts
- Demonstrated experience working with college-age students
- Must hold or be willing to obtain required coaching certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
