Job Summary
Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness leading studio culture and coaching staff. Responsible for creating a high-energy, respectful OTF studio environment; managing coaching staff schedules; hiring, training, and developing coaches; driving member engagement, KPI achievement, and exceptional member experiences; ensuring cleanliness and organization of the training floor; managing class schedules and the MBO system; supporting studio sales, tours, and community events; participating in a minimum of two OTF classes per week; and contributing to marketing events and overall business development while maintaining a visible, inspirational presence in the studio.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
- 1-2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio
- Orangetheory fitness preferred
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred
