Job Summary
Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness leads studio culture and the fitness team, ensuring a high-energy, respectful environment; responsible for coaching staff coaching operations, hiring/training, performance evaluation, class scheduling, KPI achievement, member follow-up, and coordinating studio events. Requires a current fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider list, CPR/AED certification, ability to work in a team, 1-2 years coaching in a boutique fitness setting, and 1-2 years leadership experience. Must work 40 hours with 15-18 classes weekly, including openings, mid-days, weekends, and special events; participates in tours/sales and marketing events; expects ongoing class participation (minimum two sessions per week). Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment

- 1-2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred
