Job Summary
Manage the coaching staff schedule, motivate members through pre-designed workouts, and ensure an exceptional fitness experience for every member. Create a positive, high energy, respectful studio environment while hiring, training, and evaluating new coaches. Conduct monthly fitness staff meetings, monitor performance metrics, and handle member concerns professionally. Maintain training floor functionality and cleanliness, manage the class schedule and MBO system, and assist with sales tours and marketing events. Work 40 hours weekly including a minimum of 15 classes, covering openings, mid-day, closing, weekends, and special events. Participate in at least two classes weekly at the home studio.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
- 1-2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio required
- Must work 40 hours, including a minimum of 15 classes per week
- Schedule must include opening, mid-day, closing, weekend and special studio events
- All other hours are required to be in the studio
- Participate in minimum of two OTF classes/week in home studio
Desired Qualifications
- Orangetheory preferred
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred
