Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts while ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Master the science behind heart-rate focused training programs and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in the studio. Maintain a team player mindset within a collaborative environment. Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness and be AED/CPR certified.
