Job Summary
Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts, ensuring correct form and offering real-time corrections. Demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in the heart-rate focused training programs while staying aware of industry competition. Maintain current fitness certification from an approved education company and hold AED/CPR certification. Support the studio's collaborative environment by listening to members and sharing the passion for fitness that drives the More Life mission.
Required Qualifications
