Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the NJCAA Division III men's and women's wrestling programs, including recruitment, retention, game and practice planning, and facility preparation. Coordinate with student-athletes, faculty, staff, and community organizations while ensuring academic success and NJCAA compliance. Maintain a flexible schedule to support travel to away games throughout the season. This part-time role requires a commitment to diversity and effective communication within a multi-ethnic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited College or University
- collegiate coaching experience
- demonstrated ability to recruit student-athletes
- demonstrated ability to develop successful programs
- schedule that allows flexibility for travel to away games throughout the season
