Job Summary
Head Coach for the Men’s & Women’s Diving programs at Brown University, overseeing coaching, recruiting, training coordination, team travel, and compliance information. Reports to the Head Coaches of Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of coaching experience at club/high school/college levels; NCAA/Ivy League rules knowledge and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with FrontRush and Teamworks (or similar), video editing experience, and AED/CPR/First Aid certifications are beneficial. Will undergo a criminal background check and education verification prior to employment. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years coaching experience at club, high school or college level and/or collegiate swimming and diving experience; collegiate coaching experience preferred
