Job Summary
Coach the floor by teaching assigned classes that set the standard for member experience, while auditing template execution, form correction, and equipment setup to protect quality and safety. Build the team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing coaches through specific, actionable feedback during observations, ensuring every class has a prepared instructor. Own the schedule by managing coverage and subs to eliminate gaps, and drive results by championing heart-rate monitor adoption and member retention initiatives. Partner with the sales team on first-timer conversion and represent the studio in community events and local partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Current nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- 2+ years coaching group fitness, with demonstrated command of a room
- Availability that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to complete Orangetheory coach certification within [XX] days of hire
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
- Be AED/CPR certified
