Job Summary
Head Coach responsible for coaching children aged 6 months to 11 years across brain, physical, and character development curricula. Role includes setting coaching staff schedules, evaluating performance, and engaging with parents about the curriculum rationale. Must have or be comfortable pursuing CPR certification, strong interpersonal and motivational communication, and prior coaching/management experience preferred. The position requires weekday morning classes (9–11am), evenings until 7pm, and weekend sessions starting at 8am, with opportunities to extend hours through private coaching. Prior pediatric coaching experience and ability to energize and inspire kids and parents are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- CPR certified
- Passion for working with children
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Ability to speak to and educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum
Desired Qualifications
