Job Summary
Coach engaging and energetic soccer classes for children ages 1.5–11 years old using the KidsUnited curriculum. Lead and mentor the coaching staff through daily guidance, observe coaches to provide constructive feedback, and train new hires. Evaluate player progress to recommend class placements and ensure every child has a safe, positive experience. Build strong relationships with families by communicating their child's development and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain consistent coaching standards across all programs while serving as a role model for professionalism and enthusiasm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of youth soccer coaching experience
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
