Head Coach - Head Boys Lacrosse Coach

Head Boys Lacrosse Coach responsible for developing and directing an interscholastic lacrosse program under the supervision of the Athletic Director. Duties include organizing and staffing at all levels, enforcing Ohio High School Athletic Association and Federal League rules, planning practices and games with supervision of athletes, overseeing transportation, maintaining positive public relations with community, parents, and staff, establishing and enforcing team regulations, promoting sportsmanship, coordinating equipment purchase and use, preparing assignments for assistant coaches, collaborating with the Athletic Director and athletic trainer, evaluating coaching staff, and managing pre-season, in-season, and off-season responsibilities such as eligibility, insurance verification, travel planning, clinics, and athlete development. Requires coordination with athletic department, booster club, and adherence to school policies and injury communication protocols; involves extensive administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and safeguarding athlete wellbeing and academics.
