Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of personal training experience
- Current certification from an F45-approved provider (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or AFAA)
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Deep understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology
