Job Summary
Lead the studio's fitness operations by coaching an average of 11 classes weekly while serving as the primary example for new and existing coaches. Deliver a best-in-class experience that meets utilization and retention expectations, manage day-to-day studio functions including inventory, supply ordering, and retail product knowledge, and lead outreach efforts to scout clients and build community partnerships. Provide consistent feedback and in-person support during new coach trainings to drive team development. Assist the Area Manager with operational direction and promptly resolve client concerns. Maintain impeccable equipment standards and model the brand culture in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
- Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds
- Proficiency in g-Suite and MS office, specifically excel and google sheets
- This is a permanent, exempt, full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week (including classes coached)
- Flexible and variable availability including weekends & holidays with ability to accommodate coach training schedules & the fluctuating needs of the business
