Job Summary
Head Coach - Boys Soccer responsible for recruiting a strong, high-quality team (minimum 15 per sport), scheduling athletes for physicals, organizing fundraisers, arranging transportation, and coordinating with the Athletic Director and administrators. Plans and implements a comprehensive coaching program including practice schedules, fitness conditioning, nutrition guidance, injury management, and performance tracking. Leads communication with families, plans parent meetings, ensures player eligibility, and fosters teambuilding to drive success in competitions, tournaments, and trials. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree, NJSIAA certification, CPR & First Aid, and be available for all games.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) Certified
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team progression
- Must be available for all games
