Job Summary
Plan and lead practices, summer camps, and game-day preparation while coaching student-athletes in skill, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Oversee season planning, scheduling, and program communication, maintaining team discipline and upholding school and athletic department policies. Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administration, ensuring the safety, supervision, and well-being of student-athletes at all activities. Prioritize the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student-athletes while representing the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory High School. Required Qualifications
- Prior baseball coaching experience
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Desired Qualifications
- Prior baseball coaching experience (high school or club preferred)
- Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, training principles, and player development
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student-athletes
- Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory
- Passion for volleyball, mentorship, and building meaningful relationships with student-athletes
