Job Summary
Leading by example, you will be hands-on in the kitchen while also managing time to ensure health & safety, food safety checks, and admin are actioned. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen pass is to spec, to a very high standard and presentable. The role requires experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, work in a hotel or busy high-volume operation, and ideally conference/banqueting & events catering. Strong focus on GP, stock control, costs and wastage, plus people management and a keen eye for detail.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Hotel environment or busy high-volume operation experience
- Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would be ideal
- Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail
- People management experience
