Develop and maintain service excellence, adhere to SJGHC menu control standards, ensure food safety compliance, support recruitment and onboarding, conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary matters, collaborate with HR and Manager Support Services, and lead daily kitchen operations across diets, room service, larder, pastries, and presentation while driving budgeting, resource planning and continuous quality improvement.
