Required Qualifications

  • Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a corporate, hospitality, or catering environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance requirements
  • Excellent cooking, food preparation, and knife skills
  • Experience delivering high-end catering and corporate hospitality services
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required
