Required Qualifications
- Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Food Handling Certificate
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a corporate, hospitality, or catering environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance requirements
- Excellent cooking, food preparation, and knife skills
- Experience delivering high-end catering and corporate hospitality services
