Job Summary
The Head Chef at Cabot Links is responsible for leading the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing a world-class food and beverage program, creating and maintaining a culinary 'food bible', building relationships with local producers, ensuring financial performance through cost control, and maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role, along with a degree in the culinary field or equivalent experience.
