Job Summary
Conduct cheerleading instruction for classes and teams across the country, managing preparations, student check-ins, and basic record-keeping. Oversee occasional meetings, clinics, and competitions while coordinating with youth ages 4-15. Dedicate 1-2 evenings for practices and travel to various competitions, working no more than 3-4 classes per day. Maintain reliable transportation and pass a background check. Demonstrate enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
Required Qualifications
- Cheerleading experience
- Willingness to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices
- Willingness to travel to various competitions on weekends
- Ability to answer 'Yes!' to having Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience
- Ability to answer 'Yes!' to enjoying working with children ages 4-15
- Reliable transportation
- Enthusiasm
- Willingness to make a difference in the lives of youth
- Ability to pass background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
