Job Summary
Head Cheer Coach responsibilities include teaching and preparing classes, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping; coaching duties across Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics for youth ages 4-15, with evening practices and some weekend travel to competitions. Requires background check, reliable transportation, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing check-ins, and participating in occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions each session. This is a part-time role with opportunities to coach multiple classes per day and travel for events; Champion Force Athletics is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Cheerleading experience
- Ability to coach ages 4-15
- Pass background check
- Available 1-2 evenings and some weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking
- Teaching experience with children is a plus
