Job Summary
Lead the high school varsity cheer program and oversee all middle school and high school squads, providing instructional strategies to develop technical skills with a focus on safety and fostering values of community, spirit, sportsmanship, and student growth. Responsibilities include developing and coaching cheer skills, maintaining safety standards, coordinating with administration and athletic staff, and promoting leadership, character, and pride among students and teams. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or related experience; CPR/AED certification is required, AACCAA/USA Cheer certification preferred, and CDL required.
