Job Summary
Head Cheer Coach at Aledo High School (Aledo ISD) leading the district cheer program for middle and high school squads. Responsible for instructional strategies to develop technical skills, safety, and excellence in cheerleading, with emphasis on skill development, safety, community spirit, sportsmanship, and fostering self-esteem and character in students. Reports to Campus Principal and Athletic Director. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and CPR/AED First Aid certification; USA Cheer/AACCA certification preferred; CDL preferred. Includes job duties and responsibilities involving safety, program leadership, and coaching responsibilities with benefits package and required application materials.
