Job Summary
Supervise a team of cashiers by visiting registers to provide direction, assisting with customer assistance issues, and ensuring compliance with break schedules. Monitor and maintain cash register supply levels, cleanliness standards in restrooms and parking lots, and exit doors for security and loss prevention. Assign store sweeps and assist in hiring, training new Cashiers, and taking disciplinary actions. Operate front end equipment including registers, calculators, and scanners while lifting and moving product and carts. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
