Job Summary
Supervise a team of cashiers and Courtesy Clerks by proactively visiting registers, directing support, and resolving customer assistance issues. Assign store sweeps, monitor cash register supply levels, and maintain cleanliness standards in restrooms and parking lots. Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention, while scheduling and overseeing meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy. Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers, including taking necessary disciplinary actions. Operate front-end equipment and perform physical tasks such as lifting product and moving grocery carts. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
