Job Summary
Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues by proactively visiting registers to provide direction and support. Address potential customer assistance issues at the register, assign store sweeps, and monitor cash register supply levels while maintaining cleanliness standards in restrooms and parking lots. Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention, and schedule and oversee proper execution of meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements. Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers, taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
