Job Summary
Head Cashier leads a team of cashiers in a fast-paced Sprouts Farmers Market environment, supervising cashiers and assisting with operational issues; ensures excellent customer service by directing Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks, manages cash handling, scheduling, training/hiring of new cashiers, and supports loss prevention and security; requires ability to operate front-end equipment and perform multiple tasks with strong math/numbers proficiency, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move carts; must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED and 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership training; schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; pay range is $16.20-$21.85 per hour with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, 401(k), DailyPay, discounts, and growth opportunities.
